I went in for a service when they rotated the tires they either left a lug nut off or it wasn’t tightened properly and it came off! When I went in to get that fixed and get something else taken care of I dr either left a lug nut off or it wasn’t tightened properly and it came off! When I went in to get that fixed and get something else taken care of I dropped my Jeep off at 10:00 (with an appointment) and I didn’t get a call from the dealer so I called at 4:30 and was told that my Jeep wasn’t going to be ready until 11:00 the next day! I would appreciate a update during the day and I should have been told a lot sooner that my Jeep would not be ready until the next day! I will never take my Jeep back to that dealership! More
