I'm writing this review about the wonderful experience my family and I had purchasing our new 2014 Dodge Challenger and about the excellent customer service we received from our salesperson Christian Rincon. The first impression you get when you drive on their lot is that they are ready and waiting to assist you in any way that they can and make you feel as comfortable as possible. Christian went above and beyond in helping us come to a decision about our purchase by answering all of our questions regarding the car we were most interested in. He was completely thorough and had so much knowledge about the Dodge Challengers inside and out that by the time we test drove the car we were pretty sure it was the one. We also had the pleasure of working with Assistant Manager Abel Chemsi who helped us finalize everything and he was absolutely professional as well. He and Christian work well as a team and don't waste anytime getting you through the process quickly and all the while still giving you outstanding customer service. After our purchase Christian had the car ready and waiting for us as we exited the finance department. The car was cleaned and looked beautiful. We were very happy with how smooth everything went. I highly recommend Christian Rincon, Abel Chemsi, Bennett Owen and the whole team at Carl Burger Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM World in La Mesa because they really know how to treat their customers from start to finish.

My 02 Ram 1500 with 162K miles provided many years of reliable service. The truck was not flawless and various items failed over the 11 year span I owned the truck (cracked dash, exhaust manifold failed, clogged heater core, differential bearing clip thru the gears) but everything was repairable. Time for a new truck! This is my third Mopar (Dakota, 02, & 2013 Ram 1500) all purchased new. The first and recent purchase at Carl Burger Dodge. The dealership is stuck in a 1970's time warp of old school car dealership looks and operations. You have the typical greeter, closer, good cop/bad cop and finance guy doing the up sell. I found the staff fairly honest and they "listened". When you say "I can pay X" they tried to hit the number without to much back/forth talking with the Wizard of Oz. The great OZ always seems to find another rebate or do-dad that makes the number hopefully lower.
Credit goes to Chris the young sales associate. He's not a truck owner, but listened to my technical requirements about gearing and how I wanted the truck configured. We got some exercise walking the sales lot checking out all the trucks. Your in for an eye opener if you haven't driven a new RAM. Prior to visiting Carl Burger I test drove the Silverado and Tundra. The Chevy was okay, but the Tundra instrumentation and cab interior is a head case. When you step into the new Ram and feel the HEMI power...its GAME OVER! The 2013 RAM with MDS nearly doubles the 02 gas mileage, plus 30% more horse power and a great interior design. The Carl Burger sales crew clearly answered questions about the truck features, new technology, gearing and actually understood what they are selling. Unlike the other brand sales team that couldn't answer basic questions about tow capacity matched to gear ratios. You are selling trucks... right?
Overall the team at Carl Burger Dodge did a good job. It took awhile to get the deal done(me being picky) but the end result is a happy Dodge Ram 2013 owner. Can you say Hemi, Hemi, Hemi... Thanks Carl Burger

We saw a 2007 Dodge Ram 2500 online, Came to the dealership just to look, met are sales consultant Christian who was very helpful, we gave him our number to return later or the next day, he called onces after we left and twice the following morning wanting to make sure we were coming in. We test drove the truck liked it and wanted to talk numbers that is when we met Wes Kachi, he was able to get the truck to the payment we wanted within $3.00, When we went to finance we met Mike Kaziyev who was very nice, the only issue we have is that we stated from the very begining that we only wanted to have a 60 month loan and we ended up with a 65 month loan in which we were told the bank would probably change so we were urged to sign the paperwork as is, well the bank didn't change there mind and we are now stuck with a 65 month loan paying more for a vehicle then we wanted lesson learned on our part I guess. Overal not a bad experience.

My experience at Carl Burger Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM was amazing! Christian was very welcoming when I first arrived and was never the cliche pushy car salesman. Despite my indecisivess he was always patient and gave me the time i needed to make my choice. When i finally made my decision the manager, Wes, was able to get me a great deal on my car! Between the two of them I was very pleased with the service. I've already recommended this dealership to many of my friends and family!

The attention was GREAT, from the beginning Christian was very attentive. The whole process was a great experience. I highly recommend this dealership ask for Christian, especially if you are preapproved through your bank. In and out the door in less than two hours.
