Kent was extremely helpful and patient as we explored our options & test drove a few cars/SUVs over a two day period! Sadly the finance man was a bit distant...we sat in his office & signed forms but there options & test drove a few cars/SUVs over a two day period! Sadly the finance man was a bit distant...we sat in his office & signed forms but there was very little interaction other than “sign here”. He let us leave without providing us copies of signed paperwork, requiring us to return the next day to pick it up🙁. More

Always great service. The only thing I would recommend is provide more indoor seating in the waiting area. There were no available seats for all customers and I had to sit in the computer room which was cold provide more indoor seating in the waiting area. There were no available seats for all customers and I had to sit in the computer room which was cold. I noticed other customers were sitting in empty cubicles and were told they couldn’t sit there. With the social distancing it was very crowded and no extra area made for excess seating. More
