I was able to schedule my service appointment via text with Christina while on vacation so that I could bring it in when I returned home. They graciously put me in an SUV loaner so I could get weekend errands done. I enjoyed the vehicle so much that I kept it till the next day. Again, I was on the way to the dealer and was able to text Jamal I was on my way (it was Sunday and service was closed). He had the car pulled up for me (I didn't even ask for this) so I all had to do was sign paperwork with the receptionist and go! I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. More
