Wonderful and knowledgeable dealership A few weeks ago, I went to Heritage Toyota looking to test drive a RAV4. There I was greeted by Liz who was so helpful in searching for a used vehicle A few weeks ago, I went to Heritage Toyota looking to test drive a RAV4. There I was greeted by Liz who was so helpful in searching for a used vehicle I wanted to test drive. While the vehicle I had in mind had already sold, Liz was quick on her feet to find me something similar to look at. We went for a test drive around the area. Before putting me behind the wheel, Liz got us to a comfortable side road off the busy main area where I could test drive the vehicle without the pressure of a busy 3 lane roadway. There she stopped and showed me every inch of the vehicle and what each and every button does. She went over the vehicle and was extremely knowledgeable about what it was capable of and what the features were. After a quick test drive, I knew this was my next car. We got back to Heritage and Liz was so wonderful in helping me go over all the options for the loan and helping me breeze through the application. Once done, it was time to wait for the paperwork to be processed. On a very busy day, with a lot of other customers, Liz continued to check in on us and make sure we were comfortable. Once in the hands of the financial office, we were with Christine. She was a pro at navigating the paperwork and getting us through the process, with a relaxing vibe and a pleasant sense of humor. She walked us through all the options and was great at explaining them to us and put me at ease through a stressful time. Liz and Christine made it possible for me to leave that very day with a used, but still new vehicle that I really love. After driving the vehicle for a week, I know I made a good choice and will have this vehicle for years to come. Finally, I made a service appointment to have winter tires placed on the vehicle. Dana, one of the wonderful service advisors quickly got the appointment on it's way. After a short wait in the very comfortable waiting area, my new vehicle was ready and waiting for me. Overall, I am so impressed by everyone involved in the process for buying my new vehicle, and very happy with my choice to go to Heritage. More

She helped the best way she could, and even gave some options that COULD HAVE POSSIBLY not led to business for her company. that means a lot both for the integrity she feels Heritage has, and the confidence in her ability to help me get a great car and great situation. I have talked with her about other things/business and possibly trying to get others to go her way. I cannot say enough good things about her; straight shooter, tells you your options, good and bad, and doesn't blow smoke; a character trait not commonly found anymore...
