I started working at Klaben when I was 16 years old, answering phones and filing paperwork. Throughout my high school and college years, I took on various roles at the dealership which helped to expand my knowledge and understanding of the business. I started working in the Finance Department at the age of 23, while completing my MBA at the University of Akron. I had a strong curiosity and interest in Finance, mostly because of my love for working with people and numbers. I worked as a Finance Manager for 19 years, and transitioned to the role of Sales Manager in August 2021. I am proud to work for a company that grounds itself in customer loyalty and satisfaction and have enjoyed the relationships I have built with several of my customers over the years.

Worst Day Turned into BEST Day! My husband and I had gone to another dealership an hour away to look at a Ford Edge and ended up leaving very disappointed. We then looked around the area at other Ford Edges on cars.com and found one at Klaben Ford Lincoln. We decided to stop and are so glad we did! We met with Matt who was nothing but excellent to us. He went over everything we needed to know about the car including what had been worked on and then showed us the car fax. He made sure that he wasn't leaving anything out. Jim also helped us in deciding if this car was the right one or not for us. Then, once we decided to make the purchase Matt spent time going over the car again showing us all the features it had to offer. We are very pleased and will definitely be going back to Klaben in the future! More

A Wish Fulfiled I just today bought my "Dream Car". My friend and I had made plans to purchase a Ford Mustang. I wanted a convertible, he relented. However, after I just today bought my "Dream Car". My friend and I had made plans to purchase a Ford Mustang. I wanted a convertible, he relented. However, after several illnesses and eventual death, I had laid that dream to rest. This summer, Doug Carter (personal friend and my car person) called me to tell me of a Mustang Convertible in the showroom that had been discounted. I stopped in to take a look, and after crunching numbers, I found that the lease payments would be too expensive. In early August while having an oil change on my Ford Fusion, I was shocked to see the car still there. I did a little daydreaming and walked away. Last Friday, I went to see Doug and bought the car, but did not pick it up until today. I love my car. More importantly, I appreciate the advise and professionalism of my salesman and friend. No high pressure at any part of this journey. Everything was explained to me, and all my questions were answered. I expected to be at the dealership for most of the morning, but Doug had everything all filled out and ready to go. In a little over an hour, I was on the road. Thank you, Doug, for the excellent service and support all along the way in this transaction. See you in December to work on a lease for my Fusion. Thanks so much. More

Recommended without hesitation: Fantastic (ask for Nate!) Excellent sale experience - came from nearly 2 hours away because Klaben had the Certified Escape we wanted (color, interior, options). I read the reviews but expected a "good car dealer" experience,. nothing more. Was very pleasantly surprised, and continue to be, by the sales process, follow-ups, and support. Could not have been more pleasant or "human" during the sale process, noting everything about the car, the tutorial, and the overall deal, even though it was late in the day and several people stayed late to help us. Did have one issue with the car which we couldn't notice during the test drive (it was raining), which was a wind noise around the windshield - a fairly common issue with the Escape. Klaben went out of their way to rectify the situation, checking TSB's and making the recommended repair very quickly. Special mention to Nate (Nathanael Bryant) from Sales, who willingly spent a chunk of his personal time making sure we were taken care of; well above and beyond expectations. The car was done on time, done correctly, even cleaned before the return... AND Klaben coordinated the fix with our vacation travel so we didn't miss a beat on the way out or back. VERY well done, better experience than I've had at nearly any retail establishment, ever. And a special "well done" to Nate - thank you. You've singlehandedly restored my faith in humans and the auto sales/buying experience - and I've dealt with a lot of car dealers, even brands like Mini who pride themselves on such service.
