At the time, I was actually interested in another vehicle, but thought I'd might as well test drive the Crosstrek since my dad was taking his car in to get serviced. Well, I ended up loving it! Throughout the whole car purchase process, he and Rob were well-organized and made everything very easy, guiding me through it all. He was reasonable and clear about my options, wasn't pushy, and was very patient. He was even able to have the car ready for me to take home the same day, which I've been enjoying ever since. As a hospital worker loyal to manual transmissions for as long as they'll be around, I feel good knowing I purchased a car that is reliable and that I know I'll enjoy driving for a long time. I'm glad to have been able to work with Chris and Rob and feel comfortable asking them any questions I might have in the future. Very happy with my Crosstrek, thank you! More
