He knew I would possibly buy a Mini instead and he offered no pressure whatsoever nor made any negative comments about another brand, just honest and comprehensive facts about the Subaru's specs (he know's his product inside and out). He even offered a remarkable discounted price just in case I elected to buy the car. Last week we replaced our second Forestor with an Ascent and once again the experience with Liberty and Chris was outstanding! I believe this dealership's buying experience resembles a motorcycle mom and pop dealership. The sales staff is patient and realize that buying takes time and they want to foster long term relationships. I witnessed two other customers thanking the manager for their buying experience while sitting for the delivery (which only took 20 minutes!!!!). I picked up the car late and one of the technicians stayed after his shift just to insert the trailer hitch. The finance reps, Dave Finkel was the super friendly and did not even try to up-sell us on any other products a first in my 35 years of buying cars.We knew what we wanted and they respected our wishes - how refreshing. Oh, no one even came close to their pricing or inventory. Buy a Subaru for life and see Chris at Liberty, you can thank me later. :-) More

Last car purchased was a Chevy in 2009. Back then you were followed around while looking and had go back and forth to get a semi good deal while trying to decipher the lingo. When we came in contact with Christopher A., all of our fears were gone. He was straight forward, super knowledgeable, and presented an amazing deal without us ever asking! He went out of his way to make sure he could get us the exact car and options we wanted, and everything went exactly as planned as he said it would. Chris was extremely patient when showing us “the ropes” explaining how everything worked in the car. The finance department worked quickly and in 4 days our car was ready to go. we could see why this dealership has so many awards and why our son recommended it to us.
