I have been with BMW since July of 1983; started as a tech for 5 Towns BMW, and then went to Bayside BMW in 1986, working as a Service Advisor. I became Service Manager there until 1998. Next, I took a position at BMW of Manhattan, as the Paint & Body Shop Manager. For this position, I supervised the set up and ran the paint & body shop. In December of 2004, I came to Rallye BMW as a Service Advisor. I am proud to work for a dealer that has faith in the decisions that I make, which are always in the best interests of our customers and the dealership itself. I am from Elmhurst, NY and a graduate of Queens Vocational School. My ability to work with my hands spans from automotive to boat and home repairs. In my free time, I enjoy boating, hunting, fishing, and doing wood work. My motto is to treat others in a way that I would like to be treated!

Our Five Star rating is based on Christopher Blanco's warm and professional response to the issue we were experiencing. We had an SOS warning light that notified us that the communication system was not warm and professional response to the issue we were experiencing. We had an SOS warning light that notified us that the communication system was not working. While we had not scheduled an appointment, Christopher was extremely supportive in making sure that the issue was immediately addressed. With the recognition that on such short notice a loaner car would not be available, we opted to wait for the car. Christopher clearly set our expectations for how long the repair would take and then took steps to expedite the repair. Christopher made it a five star experience! More

It is with great displeasure that i have to say we were happy with the BMW brand of reliability and quality. We have owned/and leased BMS's since 2000. At least 5 of these vehicles with great fun and pleas happy with the BMW brand of reliability and quality. We have owned/and leased BMS's since 2000. At least 5 of these vehicles with great fun and pleasure and service fairness. However after advising BMW that the brakes were a great disappointment on this particular vehicle several times. Constant sensitive braking and short stopping and then driving our X1 for less than 20,000 only to experience pre-mature brake wear. We were told it was normal. Front brakes yes maybe, but not rear....And after being told we have to pay for service for the repairs for which we know in not normal brake wear. We are sorry to say that in the price range of this vehicle, there are many other choices in the market and for a $500 repair, BMW is loosing a lifelong customer. Chris was a MAJOR pain, rude and dishonest. All I needed was my service receipts and he continually lied about emailing them (we even confirmed my email address multiple times) and I had to drive to the dea was my service receipts and he continually lied about emailing them (we even confirmed my email address multiple times) and I had to drive to the dealership eventually to get a hand on them. Was just plain rude each time we spoke and not the service I expect from Rallye. Highly recommend avoiding his help since he can’t deliver quality. More
