I have been with BMW since July of 1983; started as a tech for 5 Towns BMW, and then went to Bayside BMW in 1986, working as a Service Advisor. I became Service Manager there until 1998. Next, I took a position at BMW of Manhattan, as the Paint & Body Shop Manager. For this position, I supervised the set up and ran the paint & body shop. In December of 2004, I came to Rallye BMW as a Service Advisor. I am proud to work for a dealer that has faith in the decisions that I make, which are always in the best interests of our customers and the dealership itself. I am from Elmhurst, NY and a graduate of Queens Vocational School. My ability to work with my hands spans from automotive to boat and home repairs. In my free time, I enjoy boating, hunting, fishing, and doing wood work. My motto is to treat others in a way that I would like to be treated!

The dealership failed to communicate with me on a timely and truthful basis regarding delays in completing necessary repairs. LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE Had the misfortune of buying a car at Rallye BMW with Len Brechner. He delivered the wrong car and thought he would get away with it. He was unapologetic and So unprofessional! Today 7/31 I had a problem that needed service and At 8:30am placed a call to the Service Dept. to speak to Chris Blanco, Service Manager. He never returned my call! This entire dealership lacks the knowledge of what “customer service” means. Mrs. Terrian, the owner, will be hearing about my complaint. These people should be fired! More

Dishonest dealer Went to Rallye for a regular service on my 2010 750i with 26,000 miles. I was told by service advisor that turbo coolant line and guibo was leaking a Went to Rallye for a regular service on my 2010 750i with 26,000 miles. I was told by service advisor that turbo coolant line and guibo was leaking and needed to be replaced. The cost for two items would be $7000. I went to two other BMW specialties for 2nd opinion. Both of them said that there was no sign of leak at all. Both parts were in perfect condition. They also took the pictures. After I forwarded the pictures to Chris, the GM at Rallye BMW service department, I was told that service cleaned the leaks. The 2nd specialist I went to was 2 weeks later after I visited Rallye. If there was a leak even Rallye cleaned as he claimed, it would show the leak again after 2 weeks driving. At the same time, despite how many times I e-mailed Chris asking for maintenance report (I have been doing maintenance with them every year since 2010), the request was ignored More

I was told I would be taken care of right away, I was 3rd on line and it was hours later before I got a call.. I tried to get a loaner car several times in 2 weeks, but was not able to get one. I bumped my issue up to the manager, but still no loaner car. Then, once I said I wasn't getting the work done there, I was ignored. Told to wait for my car and saw my car but no one came to me to give me my keys. I had to walk back in and ask what was going on, and then I was spoken to in a nasty manner. Never again. Nor will I buy a car there again for other reasons. The main one being George Kanes, who I really liked, is no longer there. More
