I have been with BMW since July of 1983; started as a tech for 5 Towns BMW, and then went to Bayside BMW in 1986, working as a Service Advisor. I became Service Manager there until 1998. Next, I took a position at BMW of Manhattan, as the Paint & Body Shop Manager. For this position, I supervised the set up and ran the paint & body shop. In December of 2004, I came to Rallye BMW as a Service Advisor. I am proud to work for a dealer that has faith in the decisions that I make, which are always in the best interests of our customers and the dealership itself. I am from Elmhurst, NY and a graduate of Queens Vocational School. My ability to work with my hands spans from automotive to boat and home repairs. In my free time, I enjoy boating, hunting, fishing, and doing wood work. My motto is to treat others in a way that I would like to be treated!

THE BEST BMW DEALER IN THE WORLD While I began writing this review I took the time to look back and reflect on previous encounters with other dealerships when bring my past vehicles i While I began writing this review I took the time to look back and reflect on previous encounters with other dealerships when bring my past vehicles in for service. It’s usually a frustrating and time consuming process that ends up taking my entire day. That is not the case with Rallye BMW. Rallye makes servicing your vehicle a quick, joyful, and pleasant experience. Upon arriving at Rallye you are quickly welcomed by one of the greeters in the service drive. The greeters are are all extremely professional and speak to you with respect. Within seconds they have all of your paperwork and are getting a service advisor to assist you the rest of the way. When Brandon Tibbals, my Service Advisor, came out to assist me he went over every detail of my car and informed me of what services I was coming in for and how long the entire process would take. Once I signed the papers I went upstairs to the lovely bistro they have. I relaxed enjoyed a pleasant cup of coffee and before I knew it my phone was ringing with a call from Brandon. Just like that the car was ready. I went down signed a couple of papers and my car was pulled into the service drive and I was on my way with the rest of my day ahead of me. I highly recommend Rallye BMW to anyone who has a BMW and is looking to get service done. More
