I have been with BMW since July of 1983; started as a tech for 5 Towns BMW, and then went to Bayside BMW in 1986, working as a Service Advisor. I became Service Manager there until 1998. Next, I took a position at BMW of Manhattan, as the Paint & Body Shop Manager. For this position, I supervised the set up and ran the paint & body shop. In December of 2004, I came to Rallye BMW as a Service Advisor. I am proud to work for a dealer that has faith in the decisions that I make, which are always in the best interests of our customers and the dealership itself. I am from Elmhurst, NY and a graduate of Queens Vocational School. My ability to work with my hands spans from automotive to boat and home repairs. In my free time, I enjoy boating, hunting, fishing, and doing wood work. My motto is to treat others in a way that I would like to be treated!

New car x3 m40 delivered damaged I picked up around my 10th new car from Rallye expected a perfect car. I noticed a ding on the rear trunk pointed out to sales person who said no prob I picked up around my 10th new car from Rallye expected a perfect car. I noticed a ding on the rear trunk pointed out to sales person who said no problem will be fixed like new. I than had more issues of paint peeling off driver front of car and left for 8 days expecting all to be perfect. I came in to pick up after being told car was ready to see the ding was still there. I don't have the time to waist getting this right as well shouldn't be paying my lease for the days I didn't have my car please address see I get car ASAP and credit for time not in my possession. I have mixed feelings but overall worth it I worked with John Botti as my salesperson, John went above and beyond to get me the vehicle I wanted, unfortunately i wanted an x1 which was on sto I worked with John Botti as my salesperson, John went above and beyond to get me the vehicle I wanted, unfortunately i wanted an x1 which was on stop sale at the time and ended up having to wait about a month before taking possession of the vehicle...Not the fault of the dealership though, what was the dealership's fault was that when I was presented with the car for pick up there was a big scratch on the back bumper and other scratches on the car that were previously not there as well as a dirty interior and glue stains on the center armrest...for having to wait 30 days you'd think the car would be mint when picking it up but I digress, they immediately said that I can bring the car in for a "we owe" and everything would be corrected right away. When I brought the car in for the we owe I was assigned Jonathan Eggart as my service liaison...this is where my experience turned sour. Jonathan is by far the worst and most uncaring associate at Rallye. When I voice my concerns about the center arm rest not being fixed when I went for pick up, his response was "that's what you're complaining about? A few dots? " he is completely unprofessional to say the least. If you go to rallye avoid Jonathan at all costs. I spoke with the service Manager Christopher and another service associate Carol (who is my new associate going forward) and they took care of everything for me. Overall I had a very good experience with Rallye except for having to deal with Jonathan Eggert. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to get a bmw. More

EXTREMMELY POOR, "I DUNNO" is Rallye's service cry! Exceedingly Poor. "I dunno" (Johnathan, Service Advisor and Service Manager, Christopher Bianco) is Rallye BMW Service Cry! Rallye kept my seasonal Exceedingly Poor. "I dunno" (Johnathan, Service Advisor and Service Manager, Christopher Bianco) is Rallye BMW Service Cry! Rallye kept my seasonal summer car a z4 two weeks in August. We don't see many of these BMW Z4, " I dunno" what wrong with the top? We ran the diagnostic, " I dunno the outcome" you must pay for the uncertain diagnostic, we recommend you replace everything, even though we did this repair completely several years ago, and we replace the soft top modules two years ago. Rallye replaced the passenger airbag sensor. The seat was torn open at the seam. " I dunno if a new seat cover is included with the repair. I think it is. We waited for parts for two weeks. Christopher Bianco, couldn't get rid of me fast enough. He inspected the tear, I offered I'll leave the car for the seat repair, he said no. Service Advisors stated "I dunno" speaking with you. (DUH!). More

Below BMW Standards We pay too much for these cars to have substandard service. This is the third time I have had service here and the only thing they do consistently We pay too much for these cars to have substandard service. This is the third time I have had service here and the only thing they do consistently well is give you a loaner with no hassle and on time. I left my car for brake service and not only it wasn’t covered (something BMW parent company apparently started in 2017) but they forgot to reset my service light. Doesn’t sound like much but the BMW network continues to harass you trying to lure your business bc the system still states you need service. So I fielded no less than four phone calls while this light was still on. To make it right after my first review Rallye BMW service rep called to say they will send someone to my house to reset the light so I don’t have to drive all the way back the following weekend. Sounds like a great thing until he forgets to send someone and my car is sitting home for a day of work which costs me two taxis cab rides (over $150 to my job and back) as well as a day of a family member coming over car sitting awaiting this phantom service. In the end I had to wait until I could drive back to the dealership on a weekend while still fielding service phone calls. This is not the first time the service was substandard. Last time I had an inspection and to pass they had to remove the tints on my front windows. When I retrieved my car the garbage (the tints they removed) was balled up and left in my car along with my radio blasting and the driver seat almost in a layer back position. Do yourself a favor and drive a few more miles and fine a dealer worthy of the money you pay. More
