Thank you for choosing Rallye BMW for your service needs! I have been with BMW since July of 1983; started as a tech for 5 Towns BMW, and then went to Bayside BMW in 1986, working as a Service Advisor. I became Service Manager there until 1998. Next, I took a position at BMW of Manhattan, as the Paint & Body Shop Manager. For this position, I supervised the set up and ran the paint & body shop. In December of 2004, I came to Rallye BMW as a Service Advisor. I am proud to work for a dealer that has faith in the decisions that I make, which are always in the best interests of our customers and the dealership itself. I am from Elmhurst, NY and a graduate of Queens Vocational School. My ability to work with my hands spans from automotive to boat and home repairs. In my free time, I enjoy boating, hunting, fishing, and doing wood work. My motto is to treat others in a way that I would like to be treated!

Rallye is my top choice I can go to two other Bmw dealers closer to my house but I still choose to go to rallye. Everyone is so nice and give the best service!!! Rallye BMW I always receive excellent service from the Rallye team. Chris has been my service contact since 2004 when I purchased my 1st car. on my 3rd now. Rallye is not the closest BMW to my home. I have one 4 miles away but do not like their sales team. More

At drop off the staff was very friendly and processed my loaner car with ease. My SA Chris Blanco is very professional and courteous. He made the entire process great; I highly recommend him. Despite the large volume of customers at Rallye, he was extremely thorough with what had to be done and I did not feel rushed in any way. Overall, I'm highly satisfied. There's a reason why Rallye BMW has been rated best dealer for the past consecutive years. More

The dealership provides first rates service and provides many conveniences for customers who are either waiting for their car to be serviced or just bringing the car in for a free car wash. I plan on leasing many more cars from them in the future. More

Our service advisor Chris Blanco is top notch! Always friendly and thorough. We would never go any where else for a BMW and there is a dealership less than a mile from us.
