Edit*** after reading my review, Maurice called me within 5 minutes, he was quite aggressive and borderline yelling before I told him to never call me again and I hung up!!! I called the dealership an within 5 minutes, he was quite aggressive and borderline yelling before I told him to never call me again and I hung up!!! I called the dealership and spoke to Sales manager Randy whom was very nice and assured me this would be handled. ** end edit*** Maurice was my salesman, a poor communicator and not very knowledgeable. The dealership has absurd fees, and fees on top of fees. Then, they failed to complete the documents properly resulting in multiple repeat calls and emails for me to sign/re-sign. I would not do business here again. I would like to note that Mr Lima, the GM, and Randy, sales Manager, were helpful in dealing with these issues. With that said, I still would not do business here. More

We purchased a new 2025 Lexus NX last week after turning in my much-loved 2011 Lexus ES, which had also been purchased new at Lexus of Sarasota in 2011. We were impressed by the attention given to us by ou in my much-loved 2011 Lexus ES, which had also been purchased new at Lexus of Sarasota in 2011. We were impressed by the attention given to us by our salesman, Jamie Dickinson. It was obvious to us that he wanted us to be satisfied customers. He has reached out several times since the sale to see if we have any questions. We will be returning to the dealership this week for a second orientation to the newer technological features. We highly recommend Jamie for his knowledge and customer care. He is the best! And, it goes without saying, we highly recommend Lexus of Sarasota for their service and friendliness.
