One of the best if not the best dealership we ever walked into. Just walked in and taking in your surroundings was nothing but pure professionalism and customer service. Everyone was professionally dressed in matching attire and making sure everyone that walked in the door was being attended to. Our sales person was found by doing a Google search looking for the best sales person with the highest rating. Jonathan Devine was the sales associate that met my search criteria, and let me tell you, Google did not disappoint in my search results. Straight forward to the point, no punches pulled, just the facts and stayed on target. Non of this back and forth or, how much do you want to spend, what’s the next 20 questions of wasted time. I told him what I wanted and he obtained exactly that. As for the trade in, the offer was right on target for our liking. This is my new dealership and looks very much like I will be crossing the street, back to Lexus of Sarasota FL from the dealer of our second car. Oh and yes, Jonathan Devine will be the Captain of our ship. Five stars is no way enough for this Jonathan and this dealership. More

Jamie (sales) and Scottie (finance) are extremely professional, respectful and personable. We were able to build rapport and trust based on common life experiences. Jamie listened to our needs and answered all of our questions. He guided us on a walk around and through the vehicle as well as the CARFAX. Jamie is very knowledgeable and gave us as much space as we needed to talk as purchasers with no pressure. He worked hard to get us the deal we wanted and that our expectations were met. Jamie explained every detail of the vehicle pricing. We didn’t finance, but did purchase a DGW VSC extended warranty and Scottie explained the coverages and made it easy. We will definitely look to Lexus of Saratoga for our next vehicle purchase. More
