Originally placed an order for a Toyota Sequoia, and they were looking for 10k ADM. I put down my deposit and Tim ( Sales Manager ) will try to locate one for me before thanksgiving but my car didn’t arri were looking for 10k ADM. Instead, my salesman Chris gave me a call and ask if I want the 1 of 500 GR Supra A91 in manual. I was not surprised at all given HC is so big in New England the dealership must have allocation for the GR Supra A91 because they sold so many. Although they were asking for 10k over but I was able to get the car for the price I want. Shoutout to the whole Asian Gang Tim & Dylan at the desk. They hook a brother up for sure. Also want to thanks Chris for giving me a call and give me the opportunity to own 1 of 500 A91 GR Supra. More

Just bought a new sienna. I went into the dealership 3-4 months ago in response to an email to trade in my 1 year old sienna. While I had to wait a long time (no fault of the dealership during this production shortage everywhere), my dales person (Chris Menard) was super courteous and attentive through the long wait. His laid back, low pressure approach was most welcomed by this customer. Chis checked in with me regularly to update me when the dealership might be getting a build that met my specs. My experience with this salesman alone would get me to come back to this dealership....other more veteran salespeople could take lessons from Chris' approach and general attentiveness to the customer. More
