The service technician who checked me in was very disrespectful. I don’t appreciate being scolded like a child. When I advised I was bringing my vehicle in for its first oil change since I purchased disrespectful. I don’t appreciate being scolded like a child. When I advised I was bringing my vehicle in for its first oil change since I purchased my vehicle and he saw the mileage he began talking down to me. I also was supposed to get my first oil change free and he said there was a six month limit on that offer. This was never told to me at the time I purchased my vehicle. After 2 and a half hours I went to see when my vehicle would be ready and the representative came back with the keys and I was finally able to leave. More
