Always willing to work with you! Best dealership around! I drive past at least three other dealerships just to come here! They were the only ones willing to work with me and my budget without telling me I n I drive past at least three other dealerships just to come here! They were the only ones willing to work with me and my budget without telling me I needed to raise it. They got me in an almost brand new vehicle I've now had for almost two years without any problems. When I expressed interest in a new vehicle they have given me guidance on what's best for me (even talking me out of expensive upgrades I didnt need) which shows me they are looking out for me and not just their pockets. I got free oil changes with me car and every time they offer to vacuum and wash it as well. I'd rather go here than anyone else just for the quality customer service! More

Painless and through Chuck was great and did what he said he would do, the wash they do is marginal at best but it was thoughtful, cleaner than when I brought it. Brake Switch I never received an actual survey after my service on August 31st, so I am using an older one instead, I found this odd because generally I get bombar I never received an actual survey after my service on August 31st, so I am using an older one instead, I found this odd because generally I get bombarded by them post service. Anyways, I just purchased a 2019 Sentra in March, and I’m already having to have my brake switch replaced, thankfully it was under my warranty, however this isn’t even the issue at hand. My issue is in the way I was treated by your service employee Chuck and how he was speaking to a fellow employee Amberlee, which she was fanatic. I had called ahead on August 31 to see if I was able to drop my car off or make an appointment to have my brake switch fixed, the lady I spoke to originally, I’m sorry I don’t remember her name, but was wonderful. I made her aware of my concerns dropping off my car, and being without a car all weekend and with a hurricane approaching, so she spoke with someone and said that she could get me a loaner, which was great because I didn’t want to rush anyone in the department but I needed a car to get to work and back because I work outside of your shuttle service area. She told me to come in and speak with Chuck. I came in 15-20 minutes later to drop off my car and speak with Chuck, however he was in the process with another couple, which is fine and understandable. However this is where things went downhill real quick, he yells over to Amberlee to help me but was so condescending and rude to her I found it so awful. Saying ‘Hey! Help her! You can handle it!’ But the tone was so rude and condescending as I stated. I could tell that she was upset by the way he spoke to her. She came back after getting my car mileage and such, and I explained to her that I spoke to someone about getting a loaner so I could leave my car and they could get to it when needed. Chuck heard this, and yelled over at the two of us, ‘I JUST EMAILED THE DEPARTMENT ABOUT THAT! I’M NOT GIVING YOU A LOANER FOR SOMETHING THAT TAKES AN HOUR OR TWO, TO FIX!’ I responded that I literally just spoke to someone, I wasn’t made aware of this and no one had contacted me about the change. I was unaware of the time needed to fix this or that it could be done that day. He snaps with a a scoff, ‘WHY WOULD I GIVE YOU A LOANER FOR THAT?!? I WOULDN’T!’ I just repeated that I just spoke to someone and I’m just going off what they told me. I wanted to give him a peace of my mind right then and there but I didn’t want to delay the repair of my car. The service department had my car fixed promptly and Amberlee was wonderful. I have purchased two cars from y’all and always have my service done through your service department, but this really put a bad taste in my mouth and I’ve never been treated so poorly there. He so extremely rude, condescending, and the attitude even comes off a tad sexist. I certainly hope this was a one time issue but it was extremely offputting and I do not want to work with him ever again. His attitude is down right disgusting! I would love to speak with a supervisor if possible. More

Lokey Nissan is the best! I brought my car in last minute with no appointment because my car wasn’t shifting correctly. Phantom problem My 370z was towed in for a possible fuel pump issue. In this order they replaced the fuel pump, said the car wouldnt turn over(it turned over once the My 370z was towed in for a possible fuel pump issue. In this order they replaced the fuel pump, said the car wouldnt turn over(it turned over once the tow truck unloaded it at the dealership) said the battery was fine but needed a starter, replaced starter and now my pcim is bad, replaced that and now my ecu was never sending signal to the starter or pcim, so they replaced that amd now my car is fine and runs good. If you ask any other mechanic that is not the correct order of troubleshooting or replacement. But I may or may not have new parts in my car for $3700!!! Also Chuck yelling at my warranty company over the phone looks very childish. I had to apologise to the warranty company and now I am left explaning why a nissan dealership replaced all of those parts. Thanks More

Worst Customer Ever! The only positive part of my experience was talking to the young lady that made my appt. Chuck was the rep. that worked with me after I got there and I wouldn’t recommend him. He didn’t introduce himself and I don’t think he even made eye contact. He then proceeds to take my keys and walk out to my truck and looks around. While he was looking at my dash I asked him to make sure the tech doesn’t move my seat. His response of ohhhhhhhhh k really didn’t sit well. All I needed to hear was no problem Mr. Lyons. He then, without saying a word, proceeded to walk back inside leaving me standing there. I assumed I was supposed to follow, but due to the lack of any personality I found myself pretty irritated. I asked them to lube my sunroof because it was squeaking a and it’s still under warranty. The tech put so much lube on my tracks that it actually took 6 rags to wipe it off. My other problem required a part that’s needs to be ordered. I had to ask about the resolution because Chuck called my name and said I was finished and to sign here. No explanation as to what was done or needs to be done. I didn’t even get a timeframe. This guy has clearly been doing this a long time and has forgotten about customer service. This was my fourth and final visit with this dealership. Every visit has been plagued with problems. So glad I was given a survey especially since I was told by Chuck, after I asked about it, that I wouldn’t get one. This is just the first review. I’m not even close to being done with sharing my experience. Don’t waste your time or money with this place. More
