Bought basically a brand new car. Car had 9k miles on it. Only received one key. Had to xxxx near beg for it to be washed and gas filled. Cancelled extended warranty on Dec 8th 2022, to date noting has been done. Manager unreachable and unresponsive. Does not return my calls, emails, voicemail, never present at location. Finance manager J noting has been done. Manager unreachable and unresponsive. Does not return my calls, emails, voicemail, never present at location. Finance manager Jimmy who wrote the deal is no help whatsoever, 9k in extended warranties and they are basically refusing to cancel and refund. Starting to look fraudulent, More

I would advise you to find another location to do business with. I am going on 4 months waiting for an extended warranty to be cancelled and refunded to my lien holder. The manager is never there and business with. I am going on 4 months waiting for an extended warranty to be cancelled and refunded to my lien holder. The manager is never there and all the employees do not seem to know anything about anything. Nissan USA seems to have no authiority over this location as they've advise the manager to contact me and he still has not done so. The included 9k worth of extended warranties and can even tell me what the reimbursement total would be. Too many inconsistencies at this location and it's starting to look fraudulent. More
