It's a well-run, well organized, clean service department. It's well stocked with bottled water and an excellent coffee machine. It's also wonderful that they are very dog friendly. My expectations for an oil change are 1 hour to an hour and a half, and they've met that expectation every time. More

I wanted 3 1/2 hours for an oil change. . after 2 1/2 hours I was informed of a belt needed.. ok.. she said it would take long ( I had to be at work by 1:00) after a few mi Utes I asked her . after 2 1/2 hours I was informed of a belt needed.. ok.. she said it would take long ( I had to be at work by 1:00) after a few mi Utes I asked her 'how long for the replacement'..
