I recently brought my Acura Integra to Southern Acura Newport News for a steering gearbox replacement, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The service team, especially Kevin and Cisc Newport News for a steering gearbox replacement, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The service team, especially Kevin and Cisco, was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly accommodating. They kept me updated throughout the entire process and ensured my vehicle was ready on the stated completion date. It’s clear that the service advisors take pride in their work and truly care about their customers. Not to mention, this was all accomplished as the service team was re-transitioning back to their original dealership location! More
