From first meeting with Heaven, she was immediately accommodating and helpful. We went to Emich Kia to look at a new unit they had available (from their online inventory site). Heaven quickly got us to the unit and answered all our questions and without hesitation offered a test drive. Decision made to purchase she worked through the paperwork requirements efficiently, again answering questions along the way. Similarly Clarissa clearly explained the various warranty package options available, tailoring them to meet our needs, and making the transaction process quick and easy. From walking into Emrich Kia, the test drive to completing the purchase of the unit Heaven made it easy and stress free. At pick up, unit was prepared and ready, Heaven taking the time to explain and demonstrate the set up of the main features and controls. All in all a pleasant car buying experience and would recommend Heaven. More
