The customer service is pretty good here. Tony did a good job helping me. I have a hard time reviewing positively at times because I have a lemon odyssey and I haven’t stopped having problems Tony did a good job helping me. I had to push back on things several times with the service people because Honda has NEVER fixed my car problems - it stalls on me at lights and even turns off and I can’t turn it on for like 30 seconds. I have had to have the battery changed 2 times in four years. I refuse to pay for diagnostics on a car that hasn’t ever been fixed properly. Honda needs to figure out what to do with these problem cars. They are losing credibility with me and others. More

It’s always super easy to get maintenance work done here.
