The dealership is very nice, felt comfortable from the second I walked in the door. Was never left wondering around or figuring out what I need to do next, staff and Lisa guided me through every step. The second I walked in the door. While experience very easy and pleasant. I came in for a service appt and was assisted by Micheal Guan who was excellent with great customer service. While waiting, I wanted to ask a few questions about the upcoming ending of the lease on my RC 300. I met with Joshua, and not only did he help me find my next vehicle, but I drove it off the lot the same day! He was very friendly, knowledgeable and straight forward and I appreciate all that he done to help me. He will forever be my go-to guy when I am ready for something new!!! Clayton Lewis in finance was amazing as well and explained everything thoroughly and answered any questions I truly had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend Northside Lexus to anyone. I will continue to come back here for years to come! Thank you so much to everyone I appreciate all of you! More
