The service technician did not tighten the oil drain plug and, as a result, engine oil leaked out. This created oil stains in our garage, a mess under our 2023 Camry, and caused my wife and I to lose several and, as a result, engine oil leaked out. This created oil stains in our garage, a mess under our 2023 Camry, and caused my wife and I to lose several hours of work dealing with this vital and inexcusable mistake. We are extremely concerned with having been driving our vehicle with it leaking oil. We had the problem resolved at the Valvoline Oil service at Polaris. Then I went back to Toyota Direct dealership on Wednesday, November 20th, to report this potentially catastrophic error and their service manager, (Justin or Jeremy or the likes because he didn't introduce himself), only to receive excuses and an impatient and frustrated attitude towards me and my concerns. His behavior was inappropriate, unappreciated, and solved nothing. We are angry about how I was treated and also concerned for what else the tech may have possibly missed during the service visit or the damage the leaking oil may have caused. They would NEVER make these errors on their personal vehicles and wouldn't put up with being treated like I was during my reporting visit. Never again. F David Tyler. More

I waited over two hours for a tire rotation and alignment with no indication of what was causing the delay. Then, I was told *on the way out the door* that there was some issue that kept them from properly with no indication of what was causing the delay. Then, I was told *on the way out the door* that there was some issue that kept them from properly completing the alignment, even though they tried twice. When I looked at my paperword later, it said that I had refused follow-up service related to my alignment. That was printed on my paperwork before anyone even told me there was an issue, despite me texting to ask what was taking so long. More
