We couldn't be more pleased with our new Forester as well as the efficient and stress-free car-buying experience. In less than 24-hrs we were driving off the lot with our ideal car at a great price. Washington is missing a bet if they are unable to sell. Beaverton/Hillsboro traffic was horrible but the map system got us to and from with no problem. Oil change was expensive but I assume that it is synthetic and I do like the 6000 or 6 month as we had about 3500 miles on it in 6 months. More

This was our 2nd new Subaru with salesman Daniel Beaupain, and 5th new vehicle from Royal Moore since 2007. They have always stood behind their promises and warranty. Their staff never make us feel Beaupain, and 5th new vehicle from Royal Moore since 2007. They have always stood behind their promises and warranty. Their staff never make us feel rushed or pressured. They never seem annoyed when I call with random questions because I can't remember everything they showed me about the new tech in the cars. Their prices are very transparent, and there are no surprise fees. My only complaint is that they used to give little gift baskets with new cars. Like a vehicle swag, chocolate, and a water bottle. But COVID ruined that too. :-( More

I moved to the Oregon coast in May 2019, and discovered Royal Moore Subaru as the nearest dealer for service on my 2018 Forester. With a few very good service experiences, I decided to contact them first Royal Moore Subaru as the nearest dealer for service on my 2018 Forester. With a few very good service experiences, I decided to contact them first about a second new Subaru purchase. The details I obtained by phone were excellent with no hassles. I placed a refundable deposit on a vehicle that was scheduled for later delivery. Both Jim and Clint contacted me when the car arrived, and I made the 70 mile trek to see it. The car was ready for my view and test-drive upon arrival. Most purchase details had been considered by phone, so the sales process was about as simple as could be. I love the new car, and appreciate the way my entire sales experience transpired - from phone call, to updates, to driving off the lot. Royal Moore Subaru has well earned my loyalty! More
