We were looking for a lease deal on a smaller SUV. We were moving from a van and wanted something comfortable, slightly smaller and better gas mileage. It is an extremely comfortable ride (engine was quiet and tires rode smoothly over some rough roads), very easy to handle and the 4WD provides the extra protection during the Wisconsin winter months. When we decided to vist Dorsch it was to purchase a used truck and while we were looking at the used trucks Kris came to help us. When we started to talk about what we were looking for he gave some GREAT i truck and while we were looking at the used trucks Kris came to help us. When we started to talk about what we were looking for he gave some GREAT information in regards to what our best options were. He stated to us since were were looking for a lower payment that we would get a lower payment on a new truck OR even if we bought a used truck that we could be paying the same amount we could be on a new one. Due to the issue of not having much to put down on a new truck and thinking our credit just was not high enough for a new truck we thought there was no way we could even look at a new truck, but Kris changed our minds on that and we are VERY THANKFUL for that! He explained the numbers and we were able to get the truck we wanted and within a price that we could afford. We would also like to thank all the associates that we worked with while at Dorsch as all of them were very kind and great with our kids! Our kids had a great time taking and shaking there hands! Just to explain he reason for only putting "good" for price is more for the trade in amount on our old truck. We knew the truck needed some work but we both thought it was worth a little more than we we were given and in turn we ended up having to put money down on a down payment that we were not expecting. More

Had a great experience with the employees at Dorsch Ford, especially Brad Z. He went above and beyond to help us out.
