The entire process took about 1 hour the first day, and I was able to return the very next day to sign the sales contract and drive away with my new car in about another hour - including a great tutorial on how to use all of the technology features of the car. After two failed experiences at local dealerships (I live in New Haven CT) I went to Mazda’s CPO website and found “my” car at a dealership 2 hours aw After two failed experiences at local dealerships (I live in New Haven CT) I went to Mazda’s CPO website and found “my” car at a dealership 2 hours away in RI. Gave them a shot and so glad I did!! Cody had me approved for a loan in literally 5 minutes. Jason secured the car for me with a small deposit and I drove my car off their lot two days later! Would have been even sooner if I didn’t have to work the next day!! I even called jason and asked him if they could install Apple CarPlay the morning of delivery and he said—no problem!! They even had their top Customer Service Liason, Justis, pick me up and drive me there. He was great. Everyone was great and I am so happy. I walked in with my guard up, expecting an outrageous dealer fee (it was $199!! How refreshing) and I was smiling in no time. I’m planning on letting them know when my lease is up on my other car and maybe replace my Honda with a Mazda—even at a dealership two hours away!! Very happy. Thanks guys!! More
