Jackson Acura is a great dealership. Best dealership I've ever dealt with. Also, Cody Johnson and Yvonne Russell have been excellent service advisors. My recent experience at Jackson Acura was subpar. My advisor was Cody and I was charged for tire rotation and shouldn't have been when I expressed i purchased my tires from Jackson Acura. The parts d My advisor was Cody and I was charged for tire rotation and shouldn't have been when I expressed i purchased my tires from Jackson Acura. The parts department was a complete joke. It took them like 8 minutes the first time to come out and ask what I wanted. I said I need a bulb for break light. It took the 2nd person about 8 minutes to come out and ask what I needed. I waited and waited until I had to take a seat because it was taking so long for a basic part. Only for the guy to come out with the wrong price and accused me of telling him the wrong year vehicle. I replied, you heard what you wanted to hear. It was not a good experience. On top of that, I had to waste time and gas driving back to Alpharetta the next day to be refunded my overcharge on the tires. Worst experience with Jackson Acura. Then I texted and emailed the service manager Rodney and got response. I usually have a great experience 😌 the 8 years of giving them my business. I'm now rethinking spending money. I've had one other horrible experience a few years ago. You wanted my review and keep bothering me, for it..Here you go! More

Very disappointed. Very rude staff members, or at least my last 2 visited were not pleasant. My last visit I was told we can’t give you ride back to pick up your car be Very rude staff members, or at least my last 2 visited were not pleasant. My last visit I was told we can’t give you ride back to pick up your car because we are short staffed, and keep in mind I was there for a vehicle recall!
