Jackson Acura Service Department I want to thank Cody, Brandon and Jimmy for helping me to take care of my Acura. They are the Service Reps that I want to do business with. They are I want to thank Cody, Brandon and Jimmy for helping me to take care of my Acura. They are the Service Reps that I want to do business with. They are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Cody helped me to change the front light when my car was still under the warranty. Even though it was a complex situation Cody did his best to make his customer happy. Brandon is always helpful. He arranged my drive back home after I dropped my Acura for oil change one busy morning at the Jackson Service Departmet so I could work from home. It saved me tons of time! Another time he helped me to connect my phone with my Acura. And he also directed me to the sales department when my old Acura was being checked out due to some serious problem. Then I ended up purchasing this Acura 2015 RDX. Jimmy was my driver that day when oil change took a little longer due to a busy morning there. It was such a pleasure to have such a driver! He was very pleasant, kind and personable. He made my day! Upon our arrival back to Acura Servuce Departmetn Jimmy also arranged my prompt checkout with another Service Rep while Brandon was away from his desk. Thank you Cody, Brandon and Jimmy for your excellent service at Jackson Acura Service department! You make me want to come back there for all my Acura servicing needs. More

Excellent service Nick Covino was extremely helpful. He not only was very courteous; speedy but managed to remove 2 car seats from my car despite his broken vertebrae; Nick Covino was extremely helpful. He not only was very courteous; speedy but managed to remove 2 car seats from my car despite his broken vertebrae; when Nick told me they would not get my tire and rim fixed until the next day. He also knew I was on my way with the loaner car to pick up kids from day care. With that i gave him a 5 out of 5 More

Intake by that service advisor with an indepth review of what was going to be performed, along with a review based on mileage of what I also ought to consider. Waiting area top notch and the advisor kept me well informed and updated. Work was completed within the time frame and the car was washed and cleaned when it was ready. Check out, again with the advisor, was a piece of cake and the advisor went over every item, cost and purpose, and applied coupons I had given him. A great place to take your Acura!! More
