My preferred service representative is Cody. He’s the best per my last review. This time around I had a flat tire with multiple nails in it. I had my car towed to acura and then left the dealers He’s the best per my last review. This time around I had a flat tire with multiple nails in it. I had my car towed to acura and then left the dealership around 10am. I called every hour and couldn’t get anyone to call me back and acknowledge they had my car or to provide a time frame. Finally at 2pm I received a text that my car had been inspected, which I quickly approved the suggestions and still my car wasn’t ready until 5pm. 7 hrs for two tire changes and rotation seems excessive but maybe it was just a super busy day there and they didn’t have time for unscheduled appointments. However, I don’t understand/appreciate the lack of communication all day and I know if the service people were my in situation they wouldn’t appreciate it either. The service representative was gone at 5:30 when I arrived because “he had a dentist appointment.” That is what I was told by the representative there that ran my credit card and gave me the inspection report. All in all I still like this service center I just prefer to work with Cody if possible. He’s the man. More
