Excellent dealer/service facility I’ve been doing business with Bozard Ford Lincoln in St. Augustine FL for a number of years and in my opinion it is an excellent dealership/service fa I’ve been doing business with Bozard Ford Lincoln in St. Augustine FL for a number of years and in my opinion it is an excellent dealership/service facility. Whenever I have a service or vehicle issue in that area I go to them. I’ve also heard others in the area express similar opinions. Recently I had my vehicle in for warranty service. Tanya Tomanek, the Lincoln Concierge, (ttomanek@bozardford.com) gave me a very nice loaner Lincoln under Lincoln’s “Date Night” program. They regularly offer a loaner or rental for warranty work, but this time the car came with a $100.00 gift card for a dinner for my wife and me. More

They do not make you feel you are just another number or just a customer. They make you feel as if you are family... We have never enjoyed buying a car until we went to Bozard... no pressure just had a blast looking and test driving...Not only did we buy one car but went back 3 months later and bought another..To us there is no another company that even comes close to how everyone treats you there... Ford itself should know this that Bozard can survive without Ford but Ford could never survive without Bozard. 2015 Mustang I was looking for a specific version of the 2015 Mustang and it had to be yellow! Frank Servius worked with me to find more or less exactly what I wa I was looking for a specific version of the 2015 Mustang and it had to be yellow! Frank Servius worked with me to find more or less exactly what I was looking for rather than trying to sell me what was on the lot. He found my dream car across the state and we negotiated a deal I was very happy with. Rick Garcia handled the paper work in a very professional manner. Then, after the sale, my wife and I attended Henry Rowe's Bozard Sync school which dramatically reduced the learning curve for the system. Then Colby Clarke gave me good advice on preparing the car for storage for a couple of months. This was mt best car-buying experience out of many and I highly recommend Bozard! More

They accommodated me on very short notice Piper, Colby and Jeff were great. I called Saturday after noon. Customer Service beyond the norm! We broke down on I-95, just beyond Bozard's on a Sat. When we limped in, they took us immediately to check on the problem. This is a class C, RV, We broke down on I-95, just beyond Bozard's on a Sat. When we limped in, they took us immediately to check on the problem. This is a class C, RV, from PA. We would obviously not be buying a vehicle here, but they treated us with great respect to get us back on the road again.
