Do not service your vehicle here, unless you are prepared to spend substantially more than you thought and are prepared to leave your vehicle for hours or days of guessing. Honda cherrypicks reviewers, that' to spend substantially more than you thought and are prepared to leave your vehicle for hours or days of guessing. Honda cherrypicks reviewers, that's why the ratings are so high. I wasn't asked. I will say that Eric in the service dept. is a good guy, and will work with you. Cole is alright, but definitely tries the upsale, using the family and dog photo on his desk to gain your trust before the sale, and Nilay reminds us that these are sales staff, not mechanics and earn incentives on every recommended service item with your consent. It took almost two days to diagnose my vehicle for $185. There was an engine misfire. I am not a mechanic, but I didn't need a code to tell me the obvious. I asked for the $185, could they tell me the cause of the misfire, they said no. They recommended $6,000 in repairs, which is more that the.current value of a vehicle. I tried to contact the service manager and it was his day off, two days later he still hasnt contacted me. Nilay was our service "salesman" and he was working hard for his commision, but sadly lacks problem solving strategies and mechanics. Did the problem get solved? Sure did, for only $500. How many other cars paid thousands for guessing. In accordance with what was told. They don't solve problems here, they follow protocals, hoping each page in the book will solve your problem and you keep paying until it does.... I wonder how many of those expensive pages, didn't need to be followed for a qualified mechanic. I will shop elsewhere, and your choice is to either put your faith in the salesman or do the same.
