The service tech working tended to another customer who arrived later than I (roughly 15 min later). Ultimately, another service staff member responded when I confronted the other service person. The sec arrived later than I (roughly 15 min later). Ultimately, another service staff member responded when I confronted the other service person. The second service staff member made it right. First, he confirmed that I arrived first. Second, he saw me right away and my car was the next to be serviced. Lastly, he provided a discount on my oil change. I prefer Freehold Honda over Acura of Ocean (where I purchased my Acura) for routine service. I tried Kay Honda in Eatontown once, but ended up back at Freehold. The waiting area is very nice..more comfy than those Ive seen at luxury car dealerships. Im able to log onto my laptop to work while I wait (there is a lot of seating and plenty of electrical outlets). I find that the comfort of the waiting area makes it worth the trip out to Freehold.
