I am originally from Norman Oklahoma. I am a big outdoors guy. Anything with 4 wheels and an engine I am all about it! I have a Corgi named Linda who too enjoys hiking and swimming. People asked me why I sell Acura. I believe in the product for one. Acura is the luxury division of Honda which are know for the reliability,and low cost to own. I have a background in hospitality and that has truly helped me grow with in the car business. My number one goal is complete satisfaction with my guests. I do not only want to sell you the one vehicle, but look forward to selling you, your friends, and family many vehicles for years to come. I speak Spanish as well which makes it easy for me to reach even more clientele. I am passionate about cars and try to pass on my knowledge of not only Acuras, but any make and model that you may be interested in. This review is for Brianna Diaz, not Cole Harris. I bought a 2011 Acura TL, I was told there are no oil leaks and no corrosion, matter of fact she said that Courtesy would never sell a car with corro I bought a 2011 Acura TL, I was told there are no oil leaks and no corrosion, matter of fact she said that Courtesy would never sell a car with corrosion and that they would just sell it as wholesale if they found any. She also said that surface rust was normal, and I agree on the surface rust portion. Well the car has both an oil leak as well as corrosion and Brianna is denying she ever said those things to me and that Courtesy will do Zero for me. I was skeptical to buy the car due to it being from Illinois but Brianna’s reinsurance of Courtesy never selling cars with corrosion was enough for me. Well, she is proving that she is a great use car sales lady that is holding used car sales reputation strong. I bought a Acura from Courtesy years ago and the experience I had then made me come back again. I have always said great things about Courtesy but Brianna has proved that I was mistaken in the pass. My biggest issue with this situation is that Brianna is lying directly to my face, man, I wish I would have recoded her. I called and left a couple of messages to Briannas boss (Stan), but have not heard back from him, I guess this is normal procedure at Courtesy. Feel free to contact me for more information.
