I worked a lot with Rob Martin from service and Cole Lutz from sales (who originally sold me my truck) to have the issue resolved. The truck was spot painted in several sections over two separate incidents. This summer the issue continued spreading to 7 new locations. Turns out this was an issue with only blue 2017 Tacomas due to the temperature in the plant at the time of painting. Rob and Cole were awesome to work with, and ensured everything was taken care of. In the end the entire truck was repainted, and looks brand new. More

Cole was very patient and helpful with me while I decided what type of car was right for me. Even though he works for Russ Darrow’s Toyota dealership, he helped set up test drives with a Honda vehicle as well. In the end, I ended up going with a Toyota RAV4. Cole never pressured me into buying anything, he was always answering questions I had. Without Cole being the salesman, I most likely would not have bought a car. He has so much knowledge and is not like any other salesman. Other salesman tend to be a bit pushy but not Cole. I highly recommend him to help anyone pick out their next car. More
