Service was actually done by VW of Naples. Service center took a week to schedule service for an issue that should have been fixed prior to the vehicle being put on the lot for purchase. Servi Service center took a week to schedule service for an issue that should have been fixed prior to the vehicle being put on the lot for purchase. Service department keeps extending the date of when my vehicle will be fixed. They also are not proactive in providing updates. I continuously keep having to reach out to the Service Center to find out the status of my vehicle. More

He even came into work on his day off to close the deal! We purchased a used 2019 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara in HellaYella. The car is beautiful and my wife absolutely loves it!!! Justin did a great job of getting everything prepared for us because we drove from another state to pick up the car. The Audi team was great from Collin in finance to meeting Ergie who is the head detailer that did a great job of making the car showroom presentable. I was watching the Audi personnel interactions with other customers and I could see they took the time to address concerns and convey information. Overall, it was a great experience! More
