I especially want to acknowledge their Brand Specialist Bryant Crowell and the Sales Manager Michael Schutt. Their customer centric approach was evident throughout the entire process, so certain you will also be completely satisfied. We continue to see businesses depersonalize relationships and push all shopping online. This may work for groceries and some household items, but I believe big investments; like a car, boat or home, require a more tangible connection. When you establish trust and confidence in the seller or contractor it is much easier to make good decisions. This is the level of integrity you can expect at the Naples dealership. Bryant and Michael are both genuine in their approach, honest and fair. I found Audi was not just a luxury vehicle, it is top shelf service as well. It sure is a nice feeling to have others looking out for your best interests. He answered all of our questions, took the time to find out what we were looking for in a new vehicle, offered us different options based on what we told him and had us test drive some different vehicles so we could make the right decision on what vehicle would work for us. We contacted Kyle numerous times to ask questions and he always responded in a professional and friendly way. We've purchased MANY (probably too many lol) vehicles in the past and dealing with Kyle and Naples Audi was the hands down the BEST EXPERIENCE we've ever had---no joke.
