Disappointing My vehicle was purchased from Family. Even though Happy is only a few minutes from my home we went to Family.. All the Service over the last 10 years My vehicle was purchased from Family. Even though Happy is only a few minutes from my home we went to Family.. All the Service over the last 10 years has been by Family. Always a Great Experience. But this was the first time I came away a disappointing and disheartening experience. We received notices that the 71,000 Inspection Check Up was due even though the vehicle was under 70,000. My Santa Fe ran Great and Never had a Leak. until the day I brought it in to Family where I was Informed I had a power steering leak and it would cost over $1,200.00 to repair. What a coincidence , my Santa Fe was only was only a few weeks past warranty. Family had my vehicle's Service History they knew how I maintained it. On top of that it was my wife who brought my Santa Fe in this visit. Instead of calling me they informed my wife who felt she was being taking advantage of by the tone of delivery and because we hadn't had any problems. I hate to think Family would resort to that. I called and discussed the issue with Colin who explained he hadn't the authority that night and then Michael the next day who said he couldn't do anything it is what it is and I have been pretty Lucky. I don't believe it was Luck I believed it was a Great Vehicle. At that I felt I wasn't a 10 year customer just a nobody and I knew our relationship was over. My wife and I are about 4-6 months from buying our next Hyundai. We planned on coming back to Family because of the experiences over the last ten years were Very Good overall . But not after this. It was like a friend letting You down when You needed him. All Very Disappointing More

Work not complete I went in for a 45K service check. I had already changed my engine and cabin filters and done a tire rotation. I just wanted everything else done that I went in for a 45K service check. I had already changed my engine and cabin filters and done a tire rotation. I just wanted everything else done that needed to be done per manufacturer recommendation. I received my car back wit an oil change done and nothing else. I’m not happy that the brakes weren’t checked, locks and latches lubed etc... It always seems like an upsell operation. I bought the car at this location and would love a resolution. The last two times I have been here, I have not been completely satisfied. More

Great Service! I brought my car in on a Tuesday night. By Wednesday morning Tom had called me with a diagnosis and had me back on the road in my car later that afte I brought my car in on a Tuesday night. By Wednesday morning Tom had called me with a diagnosis and had me back on the road in my car later that afternoon. I have bought several cars from Family Hyundai and Graham, Al, Tom, Mayweather, and Colin have all been great to deal with! I would recommend joining the Family to anyone! More
