Collin Gervais was born & raised right here in Nashville! He has been working for over five years with the Nissan brand; of which his favorite model is definitely the Maxima. He is currently in the 7th Nissan of his own, having owned a Sentra, three Altimas, & three Maximas! Fun fact about Collin: he also admittedly loves Apple products; this has earned him the title of our resident "tech guru". Answered my questions before I came out to the dealership. I communicated through email with the salesperson, Collin, for several days before I came out to the dealership. He answered all of my initial questions and followup questions about trims and financing before I came out to the dealership. That is a big deal to me. Most of the other salespeople would take my information and tell me to come out to the dealership to get the answers and wouldn't answer my questions.outright. I asked Collin a question, he gave me a timely answer. Because he answered my questions, all I had to when I came out to the dealership was take a couple of test drives and actually buy the car. I had followup conversations with both Collin, the salesperson, and Samson, the finance manager after the sale; both were very helpful. More

Actions better than words I was welcomed when I arrived and spoke with Collin who was able to answer my questions and showed me the features that I asked about and how they wor I was welcomed when I arrived and spoke with Collin who was able to answer my questions and showed me the features that I asked about and how they worked. There was no pressure at all and I left the dealership. The next day I returned and again spoke with Collin and we took the truck out for a test drive. When we returned I met Brian the manager and he was pleasant and told me if I needed anything to let him know. He sounded very sincere. Later as I sat in Collins office trying to make a deal Brian came in and worked the deal right in front of me. When I was satisfied they took me to the finance manager Alex who quickly got all the paperwork complete and I was on my way. Great experience and great people at the dealership. More
