I had done a lot of research but a newbie is a newbie...let me add that I'd been to several other dealerships and at all of them (except this one) I'd had a distinct feeling of pressure. I did not feel pressured by Lundgren, and only experienced simple friendly help. James Carr was outstanding--very knowledgeable about the car and relaxed in his approach. He put up with my doing 2 test drives and innumerable questions from me. Connie Grabowski in the Finance Office was thorough and patient and didn't mind when I returned the next day to change my mind about something and created a bit of extra work for her. Andrew Merritt popped in once or twice to answer some questions and was equally pleasant and low-key. I never felt pushed and in fact felt I could walk away and come back in a few months if need be, without any pressure at all from them. A big contrast to the other dealers. I've had the car 24 hours so too soon to tell about the long-term, but at the moment I am very pleased and want to thank James and Connie for their assistance. More

Scott was also very accommodating of the fact that we needed to have our four year-old with us and offered up solutions to make the experience easier. Service is always a breeze, friendly, courteous and efficient. Plus they are just down the street from Adam's Donuts (a little plug for my favorite place for a real cup o' coffee and homemade donut). Seriously though, they never miss a beat. And when it came to trade-in time for a new car it was the easiest car purchase ever. We knew what we wanted, they had it in the showroom, next morning we drove it home. They are tops! More
