I have called 4-5 times to follow-up on my tires and every time some has told me they would follow-up and call me back. The 17th will be a month and I still waiting for someone to contact me. Job was supposed to take 2 days. Ended up having to literally, stand there Friday afternoon, desperate for my car to be returned to me. Ultimately got pinched because of somebody’s promotion, mediocre at best result, over budget, with a major headache, and the customer bearing the brunt. Just Bad Business. More
