This was my second purchase from Foreign Cars Italia. I initially purchased a Cayenne Platinum Edition. I enjoyed the drive but wanted a larger engine. I called back and spoke with the General Manager Ma I initially purchased a Cayenne Platinum Edition. I enjoyed the drive but wanted a larger engine. I called back and spoke with the General Manager Matt. He was very responsive and went above and beyond to assist me on viewing a few incoming and available vehicles for purchased. I was in a brand new 2024 Cayenne S in less than a week of my initial inquiry. The delivery was flawless. Charles Dabney and Joshua Cothren assisted me with my delivery set up. Lee Stephens was welcoming and friendly. He wasn’t pushy on packages and was very thorough in his explanations. I’m excited and very pleased with my experience. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and relatives based on the outstanding customer service, knowledge of the products and services and their patience and eager to please. I received everyone’s undivided attention and I felt like a customer not a number. I will be back for my third purchase. Thank you all for your much needed assistance. More

Not everyone gets the opportunity to own a luxury sports car, but if you do, I highly recommend purchasing it from Foreign Cars Italia in Greensboro!! Best decision I have made in a long time! Buy with confidence, these people keep their word! About two months ago, I purchased a 2011 Ferrari 458 Italia for this dealership (OUT OF STATE PURCHASE). The car was preowned certified as they were a About two months ago, I purchased a 2011 Ferrari 458 Italia for this dealership (OUT OF STATE PURCHASE). The car was preowned certified as they were an authorized Ferrari dealer. My contact sales person was Mark Euell and I made a deal with him. Before I signed the papers I asked Mark if there are any issues on the car that I should know about. While a few things were missed, Mark did mention the issues to me. Upon receiving the car I did note a missing key and few other issues not mentioned. I emailed Corey Cooley (Business Manager) about the issues and he said he will get back to me. Corey ordered a key for me and while that took time because of the COVID-19 situation, it did come to me 2 months after my purchase. Corey and Mark made sure all my issues were resolved and strived to get me happy until the end. This a good dealership and I would not hesitate to buy again from here. More
