Good morning my name is Franklin, I purchase a Volvo this Friday, my sales man Travis Bailey was great, from walking into the showroom the first time to the day I pick up the car, the whole staff at the deal Friday, my sales man Travis Bailey was great, from walking into the showroom the first time to the day I pick up the car, the whole staff at the dealership was very attentive, the over all attention was first class, I highly recommend this dealership Volvo Cars Annapolis, the attention to detail is unsurpassed, I have gone to other dealerships and this on is hands down the best, I love my Volvo XC90 Recharge, it has features are awesome, Travis took his time going over all the features explaining all of them to my wife and I my 4 year all son love it he was static, the build in child sear is perfect for him, the mileage is gives you is excellent, my over all experience with this dealership and vehicle makes me only want to buy in the future another Volvo and only from Volvo Cars Annapolis, the whole staff from management to financing all every employee I met was top notch, this is the only place to come. I would like to thank everyone for the number one service my family and I received, keep up the great job. More

Never been a volvo owner before. Not that I couldn’t afford one but have always been a value shopper. The dealership had reasonably good inventory of new and used vehicles given the state of the economy, etc. Had a very good first impression of Travis. He took the time to listen to my story and understood the semi-urgency. Pulled the trigger on a new XC 60 and loved the feel and understand its value. Cory has a unique way of teaching the technical aspects that is rare to find at any other dealership and is exceptionally helpful. The process is always somewhat lengthy by necessity but very smooth and I couldn’t be happier. More
