I ordered a replacement part for my Ford pickup from the parts department while still at the dealership. I tried to install it. It did not seem to fit. I went inside and talked to Corey. He came out and spe parts department while still at the dealership. I tried to install it. It did not seem to fit. I went inside and talked to Corey. He came out and spent 20 minutes and could not get the part to fit. We went to the parts department where they confirmed that they had ordered the correct part and that I had the correct part. The issue was never resolved More

I had my tires rotated. The gentleman who did it was courteous , got it done real fast. Then I made an appointment to have some work done on my car. They didn't get it in till around 3, after I called to check on the progress. Not sure why the delay. I thought the work done was very expensive but it was fixed. I have a service contract but was told what the did wasn't covered. It should have been in my opinion More
