Low pressure purchase, compared to other dealership experiences I've had. It helped that the vehicle price was substantially discounted before we even did a test drive. Detail job on the vehicle interior was OK, but I will have to do a more thorough cleaning. Expect to have the extended warranty and other add-ons pitched at you in checkout. We declined (this is a Honda; I don't know of any Honda owner who has needed the coverage provided by the extended warranty). Good experience overall - I would do business there again. More

He knew I was looking and called me with a great idea to get me into a 2019 Civic EX hatchback. At first, I wasn’t sure about the hatchback idea but he understands how active I am and an avid biker. He suggested the hatchback would be perfect for hauling my bike and other necessities when needed. (Camping supplies, tent, etc) I wanted to get into something smart and fuel efficient, more so than an SUV. The hatchback is the perfect mix of what I need. He also sat with me in the vehicle and showed me every single feature! Unbelievable how easy he made the use of the technology look! He connected my iphone and WOW is all I can say! I am so incredibly happy my decision! The other thing that I am thrilled about is the pulse feature for safety and also the wear and tear warranty. I like to keep my vehicles clean and door ding free so this option made a lot of sense to me. Brian, the finance guy also did an excellent job explaining everything.
