Justin was really polite and helpful. I just have one thing with him is he didn't show me the costco membership's saving paper. I used costco membership to purchase 2 times. 2 dealers did I just have one thing with him is he didn't show me the costco membership's saving paper. I used costco membership to purchase 2 times. 2 dealers did present the papers. I just went with it because the price he gave was fair. I don't like the finance person because I didn't want to buy their extended warranty. He said "you are so brave to buy the car without extended warranty." From my experience with my first 2 cars, I bought the warranty and when I tried to use it. They declined because I didn't have service with brand dealership. Ever since then I hate the extended warranty from the dealer. More

Charged me $595 (later reduced to $395) for unnecessary vehicle inspection for lease buyback. Did not tell me there would be a charge for what I thought was a walk around inspection. It was a "Full Circle vehicle inspection for lease buyback. Did not tell me there would be a charge for what I thought was a walk around inspection. It was a "Full Circle Service Report Card" instead. There was only 10,641 miles on the car at the time. More

There is an overall lack of maturity in the sales team that comes through. Lack of follow through and lack of communication within the team.
