Justin was really polite and helpful. I just have one thing with him is he didn't show me the costco membership's saving paper. I don't like the finance person because I didn't want to buy their extended warranty. He said "you are so brave to buy the car without extended warranty." From my experience with my first 2 cars, I bought the warranty and when I tried to use it. They declined because I didn't have service with brand dealership. Ever since then I hate the extended warranty from the dealer. More

Charged me $595 (later reduced to $395) for unnecessary vehicle inspection for lease buyback. Did not tell me there would be a charge for what I thought was a walk around inspection. There is an overall lack of maturity in the sales team that comes through. Lack of follow through and lack of communication within the team.
