Derek recently helped us with a purchase of a used Sierra. He took the time to understand what we were looking for in a used truck and his persistence to find the truck that had most or all of the op Sierra. Ultimately he got us into a newer model with less mileage than the unit we originally came in to look at and at a payment we could afford. Corey in Finance was very helpful as well. To be fair, I wasn’t not very happy about having to buy my 2nd vehicle in less than a month after buying my wife’s. I was upset and disgruntled throughout the process about taking in a second car payment s my 2nd vehicle in less than a month after buying my wife’s. The team at Boucher seems to always do right by me and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for their next vehicle. They go above and beyond, even when I am not happy about my situation. Thanks again and keep up the excellent work. I will be buying my next vehicle from them without a doubt (hopefully several years from now though). More

Told them I had a $10,000 deposit. .. Wind up with $15,000 deposit..... They sucked up the extra $5,000 in extended warranties....... Parts missing from truck from the start...... We .. Stopped by on Monday found a truck we wanted. Took them til Wednesday to certify vehicle. They text me it was clean and ready Wednesday night at 5:30pm. Couldn’t come that night to get it because our son had karate and we were preparing for Thanksgiving. Went Friday at 3pm, we had an appointment at 4 so we had got there early. Which they said was ok. Went for a test drive the vehicle was dirty, there was dog hair all over. It was disgusting. Was a bad experience, they did detail it while we waited … we were there for 4 hours and I still had to clean it the next day. More
