Told them that I was gonna go on a road trip and if they would give me a once over before I hit the road. They did so and set my mind at ease. I hit the road with a confidence that great mechanics said that the car was in great working order and there were no problems. .They do great work with a smile, and when they can with their great deals and service coupons give you a break. A great value at regular price but with a coupon you absolutely can’t go wrong. I recommend you take full advantage of, — More valuable than Money to me peace of mind to start off my Christmas road trip priceless. Again, I say clone them. More

Probably the worse service department I’ve ever dealt with. My grandmother worked for Archer for 50 plus years and did nothing but say great things about them so I trusted them with the purchase of my 24 with. My grandmother worked for Archer for 50 plus years and did nothing but say great things about them so I trusted them with the purchase of my 24 Tiguan. The first time it was in the shop I was told it would be a couple weeks. That turned into 2.5 months with little updates and no return calls after calling to check on the progress. I go to pick up the car and they had scratched my bumper and my floor mats were missing. Was told to bring it back and they would have the bumper painted and it would be a max 2-3 days. That experience turned into 2.5 weeks. Then I try to get a tire fixed and my wheel key is missing out of my glove box (which I have never used). The first time it was in the shop I had them look at the tire, among other things, because it was leaking air and they told me there was nothing in it and that the tire pressure just needed to be reset. Here we are months later and still leaking. I was told I had to bring it back to there shop to buy a new set of locks to get it fixed. Once everything was done the car dash rattles and is very annoying but I will deal with if before I take it back to them again. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone! More

Took my car in to get fixed, it stayed there for 2 weeks with no updates or no communication at all from Ivan. I had to pick it up because i need my car and it was just sitting at the dealership. I was tol with no updates or no communication at all from Ivan. I had to pick it up because i need my car and it was just sitting at the dealership. I was told, they would call me back when they would be able to resolve her problem but still have not heard back. AND when I picked up my car there were Lights on the dash that were not on before and now the car battery is completely dead. I think I'm going to start taking my car to another dealership because this is xxxxxxxx. More

I’m truly satisfied with the service and help provided by the staff at Archer Volkswagen. So much that this is my 3rd VW purchase. After riding with me and driving my VW for 5years my wife decided to take th the staff at Archer Volkswagen. So much that this is my 3rd VW purchase. On October 10, 2025 I had a major malfunction in my 6 week old Tiguan SEL R - while stopped at a light, the car would not move and had it towed to Archer. During my life I have purchased four VW vehicles week old Tiguan SEL R - while stopped at a light, the car would not move and had it towed to Archer. During my life I have purchased four VW vehicles from Archer and used its service department for all maintenance and repairs. The experience with the Tiguan has been horrific. Cory Hayes, service manager indicated that there were no loaner vehicles available for me and if I wanted a vehicle, I would have to rent one for the discounted price of $50/day at my own expense. That was completely unacceptable considering that the vehicle is only 6 weeks old and obviously a manufacturer’s defect and he did not know how long I would be without a car. I was without a car for 6 days and had to incur Uber fees and could not work. I was not happy with the resolution of my vehicle's problem. Mr. Hayes said he would have his service team diagnose the issue the next day, Saturday. I did not hear from him. On Monday, when I contacted Mr. Hayes, he told me that the diagnostics report indicated that the vehicle had lost communication with the transmission, and he promised me more information on the status later in the day. Monday afternoon Mr. Hayes said because the car is such a new model, they did not know what the issue was and consulted with Volkswagen. I was told that the PDI may not have been done properly and was redone by the Archer service department and then driven 25 miles. I do not understand how an inspection or not filling the fluids would cause a major electrical malfunction in the middle of the road without any warning after 500 miles of use. Obviously, this does not give me the comfort required to feel safe in the car. I was never told why this happened and if it will happen again. Since picking up the vehicle, I have been terrified to drive it. When I picked it up, I talked to a service tech and he agreed that he would not be comfortable driving the car and would "get rid of it." I am very disappointed with your service and have reached out to VW corporate for a better remedy. I do not feel that your dealership acted in my best interest especially considering that I have been a long term customer. I did not purchase the vehicle from Archer although I did go there first to purchase it. The sales experience was degrading - the price was inflated, the trade value unacceptable and zero effort was put into the sale. More
