I purchased the additional service package at the time of my leasing as indicated on my lease agreement and they claimed they “could not find it anywhere on the paperwork.” I went home and saw it clearly sai my leasing as indicated on my lease agreement and they claimed they “could not find it anywhere on the paperwork.” I went home and saw it clearly said, right in the additional charges, for $700. They are now pushing extra services for lease vehicles that used to be covered and are no longer. My father was a mechanic and perhaps they think they can get one over on a woman. I’m thankful my father taught me better. More
